“The WAAT4 Challenge is an arduous 40 km team navigation challenge in the Brecon Beacons involving Mountain Rescue, Air Ambulance, the Ghurkhas, Dyfed Powys Police and Welsh Young Dragons. This is an extremely important event to raise money for charity and will be a severe test of leadership and stamina in testing mountain country familiar to Army battle camps and SAS exercises. It has my full and enthusiastic support”.
